Customer satisfaction is very important to us. For any orders received from our website, we are more than happy to exchange if our customers are not happy with the colour or size.

Return and Exchange Policy
If you are in any way unhappy with your Ashlee Ellen Design product may return/exchange it under the following conditions:
The product must be returned within seven days of receipt.
The product must be as new, ie. unused and undamaged
Email info@ashleeellendesign.com with the following details at hand:
Your Name, Invoice Number, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund.
You will then be advised of the postal address and a return authorization number.
If the product has been purchased off one of our retailers it will need to be returned to that retailer if there are any issues.
We can only replace, exchange or refund for products that have been purchased directly from our website.
Please note we are unable to refund the postage/shipping costs as well as gift wrap and these will be deducted from the purchase price regardless of whether postage has been charged or not.
Our return policy does not apply if the product has been used, worn, soiled or damaged.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if these requirements are not met.
If a product has been purchased off a discount or auction site all warranties, exchanges, refunds are waived.

We are committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. We do not sell, rent or loan your personal information to any other company.
However, we do use your personal data to process your order and to provide you with a personalised service.

eBay, Auction and Online Sites Policy
Our products may not, without the prior written consent be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a product is sold in breach of this condition, its warranty may be cancelled and the bearer of the item may be refused a refund for any defect. All stockists must be approved by Ashlee Ellen Design.
No returns, refunds or exchanges can be made on any product that is not purchased from an approved reseller or that has been purchased from eBay or an Auction site.
