Description
There is an old gum tree in a suburban garden in Avalon Beach (Sydney) that frequently sheds its leaves. The leaves lie in the garden where they have landed slowly turning pale and hard. Viewed against a black background you can still see the remnants of the reds and greens on the leaves. They make quite a dramatic statement.
